Alcoholic service is for guests age 21+ only and is subject to valid ID, licensed-provider availability & confirmation. Tea or coffee course: • 4 Tea Sandwiches — Classic triangles • 2 Mini Scones — With vanilla clotted cream & seasonal jam • 4 Mini Desserts — Seasonal assortment: macarons, chocolate-dipped blondies, meringues & more BOOKING A 50% deposit of $125 reserves the experience & applies to the final balance. The remaining balance & any approved adjustments are due 14 calendar days before the experience date.


Cancellation Policy

ONLINE NOTICE: Standard bookings require at least 24 hours' notice; same-day requests need direct written confirmation. All times use Pacific Time. A reservation is confirmed after required payment and written confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, the remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event; bookings made inside 14 days are due in full at booking. Payments are refundable only if written cancellation is received within 24 hours after booking and the event is more than 14 days away. After that grace period, payments are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Cancellation/rescheduling requests must arrive at least 14 days before the event. One move to an available date may be approved in writing; pricing, availability and nonrecoverable costs apply. Later requests/no-shows are cancellations. Made-to-order food, tea service, cakes, florals, signage and rentals become nonrefundable once ordered, except as law requires. We may delay, shorten, relocate, substitute a comparable area/item, restrict pool/outdoor access, reschedule or cancel when weather, wildfire/smoke, heat, outage, road closure, evacuation, government action or property emergency makes performance unsafe, unlawful or impracticable. For a venue-initiated weather/emergency reschedule, eligible payments transfer to one mutually available date within 12 months; committed nonrecoverable costs remain nonrefundable as law permits. A forecast or client preference alone does not cancel a booking. If we cannot provide material services for a reason within our control and no acceptable replacement date exists, we return amounts for unprovided services as law requires. Disclose dietary restrictions/allergies by the balance deadline; shared kitchens/equipment mean we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Alcohol is offered only when lawful and required licensing/authorization is confirmed; service is 21+ with valid photo ID. Otherwise a nonalcoholic option is used. No lifeguard is provided. Children/inexperienced swimmers require direct sober-adult supervision; no alcohol during swimming or child supervision. We may close a water feature for safety without cancelling other available services. Contact us early about disability accommodations; no accessibility surcharge.
