Le Petit Château du Jardin strives to ensure that individuals with disabilities have full and equal access to our digital platforms, booking tools, and onsite services.

Digital Accessibility Standards
We utilize the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our operational framework for digital improvements. While we are continuously working to improve headings, keyboard navigation, and text alternatives, we do not claim full WCAG Level AAA conformance.

Our ongoing efforts include optimizing form labels, link clarity, and mobile responsiveness. We also actively monitor and report accessibility barriers found within third-party Wix modules, such as booking calendars and payment gateways, that fall outside our direct control.

Known Digital Limitations
Certain third-party components or legacy media may exhibit varied performance across different browsers and assistive technologies. If any digital feature presents a challenge, we provide equivalent access through personal assistance via email or telephone without any additional fees.

Physical Estate Accessibility
As a coastal garden estate, our property features natural terrain, elevation changes, and historic architectural elements. We encourage guests to contact us in advance to arrange for accessible parking, specific seating arrangements, service animal accommodations, or dietary modifications. We will always work in good faith to meet reasonable accommodation requests as required by law.
