Service Description
A bespoke full-day private buyout of the Château grounds for celebrations, showers, engagement occasions, family gatherings, brand events & other approved private experiences. COUTURE CELEBRATIONS — STARTING AT $2,400 • Private use of the full grounds during the approved daytime booking window • Custom guest count, layout & event plan • Planning & coordination support • Dedicated in-person day-of team • Phone-shot highlight photos & videos upon request • On-site assistance & coordination • Custom message board, lighting, table styling & seasonal floral accents • Grazing Board & bottled still water for the approved base scope • Complimentary koi feeding • Seasonal garden picking, when available • Reserved private parking • Delivery, setup, breakdown & cleanup COUTURE OPTIONS Food, beverages—including a Three-Tiered Course Tea or Coffee Service—fresh floral centerpieces priced per arrangement, furniture, entertainment & other approved production needs are quoted for the approved quantity & scope. Valet parking starts at $64 per hour per attendant with a four-hour minimum ($256 per attendant); staffing is generally one attendant per 20 guests. Preferred providers are selected for quality, reliability & conscientious repeat-client pricing. REQUEST A CUSTOM CELEBRATION Select Request to Book to choose the closest available calendar time, then enter your actual preferred date or time, guest count, budget & vision in the inquiry form. All times are shown in Pacific Time. Your submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We verify availability against our lodging and event calendars before preparing a written celebration proposal. No charge is collected until the proposal is approved. Once approved, we email a secure 50% reservation-payment link; payment secures the booking. Final hours, inclusions, staffing & pricing are confirmed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
SPECIALTY NOTICE: Custom/made-to-order requests require 72 hours' notice. All times are Pacific Time. Requests are unconfirmed; no charge is collected before availability approval. We then send a secure 50% reservation-payment link; payment secures the booking. Balance is due 14 days before the event, or in full if approved inside 14 days. Payments are refundable only if written cancellation is received within 24 hours after payment and the event is more than 14 days away. After that grace period, payments are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Cancellation/rescheduling requests must arrive at least 14 days before the event. One move to an available date may be approved in writing; pricing, availability and nonrecoverable costs apply. Later requests/no-shows are cancellations. Made-to-order food, tea service, cakes, florals, signage and rentals become nonrefundable once ordered, except as law requires. We may delay, shorten, relocate, substitute a comparable area/item, restrict pool/outdoor access, reschedule or cancel when weather, wildfire/smoke, heat, outage, road closure, evacuation, government action or property emergency makes performance unsafe, unlawful or impracticable. For a venue-initiated weather/emergency reschedule, eligible payments transfer to one mutually available date within 12 months; committed nonrecoverable costs remain nonrefundable as law permits. A forecast or client preference alone does not cancel a booking. If we cannot provide material services for a reason within our control and no acceptable replacement date exists, we return amounts for unprovided services as law requires. Disclose dietary restrictions/allergies by the balance deadline; shared kitchens/equipment mean we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Alcohol is offered only when lawful and required licensing/authorization is confirmed; service is 21+ with valid photo ID. Otherwise a nonalcoholic option is used. No lifeguard is provided. Children/inexperienced swimmers require direct sober-adult supervision; no alcohol during swimming or child supervision. We may close a water feature for safety without cancelling other available services. Contact us early about disability accommodations; no accessibility surcharge.
