Service Description
Create across the Château’s French-inspired gardens, estate exteriors & select interiors—ideal for brand campaigns, editorial photography, product shoots & social content. Appointments may be requested for any time of day or night and are confirmed based on availability. If the calendar does not show your preferred time, select the closest available time and enter your actual preference in the booking form. INCLUDED • Private use of the Malibu estate grounds for two guests • Two-hour experience • Dedicated in-person day-of team, on-site assistance • Phone-shot highlight photos & videos upon request • Custom message board • Access to various props upon request • Complimentary koi feeding • Seasonal garden picking, when available • Wi-Fi • Bottled still water • One restroom & a changing or privacy area • Reserved private parking GUESTS & SESSION DETAILS • $340 for two guests and a two-hour session • Additional guests: $44 each for location access • Additional time: $100 per hour, subject to availability This is a location booking; a professional photographer or videographer is not included. Bring your own, or ask us about arranging one separately. Optional refreshments, styling and other additions can be arranged separately on request.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD NOTICE: Requests generally require a minimum 24 hours notice to confirm, but same-day requests will be confirmed, if possible. All times Pacific. Payments count toward your total and remain fully refundable until we agree date/time in writing. If unavailable, choose another time or a full refund. Balance due 14 days before the event, or on confirmation if within 14 days. After confirmation, refunds require written cancellation within 24 hours of payment or confirmation (whichever is later) and an event over 14 days away. Otherwise payments are nonrefundable except as law requires. Cancellation/rescheduling requests must arrive at least 14 days before the event. One move to an available date may be approved in writing; pricing, availability and nonrecoverable costs apply. Later requests/no-shows are cancellations. Made-to-order food, tea service, cakes, florals, signage and rentals become nonrefundable once ordered, except as law requires. We may delay, shorten, relocate, substitute a comparable area/item, restrict pool/outdoor access, reschedule or cancel when weather, wildfire/smoke, heat, outage, road closure, evacuation, government action or property emergency makes performance unsafe, unlawful or impracticable. For a venue-initiated weather/emergency reschedule, eligible payments transfer to one mutually available date within 12 months; committed nonrecoverable costs remain nonrefundable as law permits. A forecast or client preference alone does not cancel a booking. If we cannot provide material services for a reason within our control and no acceptable replacement date exists, we return amounts for unprovided services as law requires. Disclose dietary restrictions/allergies by the balance deadline; shared kitchens/equipment mean we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Alcohol is offered only when lawful and required licensing/authorization is confirmed; service is 21+ with valid photo ID. Otherwise a nonalcoholic option is used. No lifeguard is provided. Children/inexperienced swimmers require direct sober-adult supervision; no alcohol during swimming or child supervision. We may close a water feature for safety without cancelling other available services. Contact us early about disability accommodations; no accessibility surcharge.
